Prof.Mohammad S. Obaidat
University of Jordan, Jordan Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat is an internationally known academic/researcher/scientist/ scholar. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. He has received extensive research funding and published To Date (2023) over One Thousand (1,200) refereed technical articles-About half of them are journal articles, over 100 books, and over 70 Book Chapters. He is Editor-in-Chief of 3 scholarly journals and an editor of many other international journals. He is the founding Editor-in Chief of Wiley Security and Privacy Journal. Moreover, he is founder or co-founder of 5 IEEE International Conferences. Among his previous positions are Advisor to the President of Philadelphia University for Research, Development and Information Technology, President and Chair of Board of Directors of the Society for Molding and Simulation International(SCS), Senior Vice President of SCS, SCS VP for Membership and SCS VP for Conferences, Dean of the College of Engineering at Prince Sultan University, Founding Dean of the College of Computing and Informatics at The University of Sharjah, Chair and tenured Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Science and Director of the MS Graduate Program in Data Analytics at Fordham university, Chair and tenured Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Director of the Graduate Program at Monmouth University, Chair and Professor of Computer Science Department at University of Texas-Permian Basin, Distinguished Professor at IIT-Dhanbad, Tenured Full Professor at King Abdullah II School of Information Technology (KASIT), University of Jordan, The PR of China Ministry of Education Distinguished Overseas Professor at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, China and an Honorary Distinguished Professor at the Amity University- A Global University. Prof. Dr. Jianguo Liu Huaihua University, China Jianguo Liu is professor at the School of Mathematics and Computational Science of Huaihua University, master program director in Fujian Normal University, Hunan Agricultural University and Minnan Normal University, and visiting scholar at University of Texas. He received his PhD in Modeling and Simulation of Complex Systems from Chinese Academy of Sciences. He serves as member of the Teaching Committee of Mathematics and Physics Majors in universities in Hunan Province, member of the organizing committee of the 7th Hunan College Students Mathematical Contest in Modeling, principal of "Information and Computational Science" in Hunan Province, director of the Computational Mathematics Branch of Chinese Mathematical Society, and dean of the School of Mathematics and Computational Science of Huaihua University. Prof. Liu’s research interests include land surface hydrological ecosystem mathematical modeling, simulation and data analysis. He has published more than 20 academic papers including 1 SCI Region I paper and 4 SCI Region II papers. He presided over a number of national and provincial scientific research projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, surface project, key project sub-project, Hunan Natural Science Foundation 2, Hunan innovative Province special science popularization topic 1 and Hunan Provincial Education Department Outstanding Youth project 1. He won the third prize of Hunan Province Natural Science (hosted). He is the discipline leader of Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Eco-Agricultural Intelligent Control Technology in Wuling Mountain Area, "Control Science and Engineering" of Hunan Province's "double first-class" applied characteristic discipline, Huaihua University applied characteristic discipline "Mathematics", the science and technology innovation team of "Mathematical Modeling and Simulation of Complex Systems", and Huaihua Key Laboratory of Hydrometeorological Big Data, Wuling Mountain Region. He won the first prize and the second prize of Huaihua University teaching achievement. He guided students to participate in the National University Mathematical Contest in Modeling and won national first prize and provincial second prize, and win two national innovation and entrepreneurship program training projects. |

From 2016 to 2017, he was a visiting scholar of School of Computer Sciences at the University of Adelaide, Australia. With main research interests in network security, intelligent computing, and time series prediction, he has published more than 50 papers, and has been a director or a member in more than 10 grants and projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, China Scholarship Council, Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China etc. |

Dr. Mehboob Ali Guangxi Minzu University, China Mehboob Ali is a faculty member at School of Mathematics and Physics, Guangxi Minzu University in China, who delves into the exciting fields of Fluid mechanics, Covid-19 and many other mathematical models. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous faculty positions at the Mohi-ud-din Islamic university as an assistant professor and the University of Haripur in Pakistan. He has published more than 85 articles in Scientific Journals. The h-index is 26 with the total impact factor is 250 above. Currently, he is also working on many project and making significant contributions at Guangxi Minzu University, where he is passionately pursuing his research interests remotely. |

Dr. Muhammad Ibrar Shenyang Normal University, China Muhammad Ibrar is a faculty member at Software College, Shenyang Normal University in China, who delves into the exciting fields of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor CPEC Transportation, Emerging Technologies, Security, and Policy-making. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous faculty positions at the Government Postgraduate College Dargai Malakand and the University of Swabi, as well as his time as a tutor at Allama Iqbal Open University in Pakistan. He has published more than 35 articles in Scientific Journals and Conference Proceedings. Currently, he is also making significant contributions as a faculty member/Research Associate at Ilma University in Karachi, Pakistan, where he is passionately pursuing his research interests remotely. |

Dr. Alok Kumar Ericsson-Tallinn, Estonia ALOK KUMAR is Ph.D in Information and Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China in 2021. He has received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electronics and communication engineering from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, India, in 2012 and 2016. Currently he is working as Antenna Engineer in Ericsson-Tallinn, Estonia, Europe. He has been awarded with ERICM Fellowship-2022, EuMA Internship Award-2021 and Outstanding International Students-2020 organized by CSC, China. Dr. Alok was a recipient of MHRD awarded CSC scholarship in 2017. He has been selected for a CSC scholarship by the ministry of India. He has published 14 scientific journal papers and 3 international conference papers. He also served as a reviewer for different journals and conferences. His research interest primarily includes microwave biosensor, substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) based gas sensor, microwave antenna, integrated passive components for microwave applications. |

Dr. Ali Raze University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China Dr. Ali Raza received PhD degree in electromagnetic technology from Southwest Jiaotong University Chengdu, China in 2020. He is currently working as a scientific researcher at the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His contributions include 20 publications in esteemed international journals and conferences, covering diverse areas such as Electromagnetic Imaging (EMI), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) antennas, 4/5G base station antennas, Antenna Arrays, and Bio-Medical Engineering.

Dr. Shahid Karim Harbin Institute of Technology, China Shahid Karim received his BS degree in Electronics from Comsats Institute of Information Technology, Abbottabad, Pakistan, and his MS degree in electronics and information engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. He completed his PhD at the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China in 2019. He has published more than 50 articles in core conferences and journals. His current research interests include image fusion, object detection, and tracking using multidimensional imagery.

Dr. Asif Ali Laghari Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Karachi Pakistan Asif Ali Laghari received a B.S. degree in Information Technology from the Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering Science and Technology Nawabshah, Pakistan, in 2007 and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the QUEST Nawabshah Pakistan in 2014. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Lecturer in the Computer and Information Science Department, at the Digital Institute of Information Technology, Pakistan. In 2015, he joined the School of Computer Science & Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, where he was a Ph.D. student. Currently, he is an Assistant professor at Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Karachi, Pakistan, and also affiliated with Shenyang Normal University. He has published more than 100 technical articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include Machine Learning, Computer networks, cloud computing, IoT, Fog computing, and multimedia QoE management. |
